The correct use of sunscreen is to apply it and let it act for at least 10 minutes before sun exposure. The amount of product that you should apply is two fingers for the face and neck, as well as six fingers for the body. The one indicated for our climate would be an SPF 50 since it provides 98% protection to all the environmental agents that living near the sea entails. A healthy habit for the eyes is to wear lenses with UV protection.

The use of light colored clothing that covers most of the body and is preferably made of cotton materials is recommended for high temperatures.
