1. How is the evaluation?
As a first visit, our physiotherapists conduct an interview with relevant information related to your habits and previous injuries in order to perform the physical examination. With the information collected, we personalize the treatment, with a physiotherapist dedicated exclusively to your recovery.
This first visit lasts approximately 1:30 hours (including treatment), after which each physiotherapy session will last 50 to 60 minutes.
2. How should I attend my evaluation?
To provide you with a better functional evaluation, there are some important points that you must consider for the day of your appointment, so that our evaluation will be the best for your physical condition.
- Comfortable clothes
Look for the most comfortable you can find for yourself: shorts, lycra, shirt or top. Also don’t forget an extra pair of socks or sandals, street shoes stay at reception.
- Take visual material
For an exhaustive evaluation, photos and videos are taken for the exclusive use of your clinical record.
- Your medical history
We keep a record of each session you have to be able to monitor your results.
In the event that you have any imaging exam, medical report or any previous study, bring it so that it can be considered and attached to your file.
3. What can I expect in my physiotherapy session?
In the physiotherapy session the assigned physiotherapist will be working with you and it will be a joint effort to achieve the objectives, the therapy is active or passive manual, we use physical agents and complementary techniques if necessary, depending on what your treatment requires to obtain best results.
4. Insurance
Physio Vallarta does not work directly with any insurance company. However, if you have an insurer we can gladly assist you, we prepare the medical reports and attendance logs requested by the insurer.
5. Billing
To request your billing we will need:
- Updated RFC
- Tax regime
- Method of payment
- Use of CFDI
- Assign an email
