• Wear comfortable clothing

Choose attire that allows ease of movement, such as shorts, leggings, a t-shirt, or a sportstop. Also, bring an extra pair of socks or sandals, as street shoes will remain at thereception.

•  Visual aids 

For a comprehensive evaluation, photos and videos may be taken, strictly for inclusion in your clinical records.

•  Medical history

We maintain detailed records of each session to track your progress. If you have anyimaging exams, medical reports, or previous studies, please bring them so we can incorporate them into your file.

In the physiotherapy session the assigned physiotherapist will be working with you and it will be a joint effort to achieve the objectives, the therapy is active or passive manual, we use physical agents and complementary techniques if necessary, depending on what your treatment requires to obtain best results.

Physio Vallarta does not work directly with any insurance company. However, if you have an insurer we can gladly assist you, we prepare the medical reports and attendance logs requested by the insurer.
