My name is Sebastián Peña, I am a physiotherapist focused on the care of patients with lymphedema. My academic training was in the city of Guadalajara Jalisco finishing my degree in 2018, later I continued training in different institutions with care oriented towards orthopedic manual therapy, peripheral vascular rehabilitation, lymphedema and oncology. I have worked independently, in various rehabilitation clinics and intrahospital care in the city of Guadalajara and Puerto Vallarta.
Perseverance and resilience are two words with which I identify and put into practice in my day to day. By being constant and not being rushed by the goals, I get closer to my goals and by being resilient I can adapt to changes without losing my goals.
I am a fairly active person who likes to keep me in constant movement, I enjoy practicing sports such as fencing and recently Crossfit. Physical activity has been part of me since I was a child, allowing me to travel and get to know different parts of Mexico, which awakened my taste for travel, knowing the different contrasts that we can find in our own country, nourished my taste for knowing different cultures and lifestyles in other countries.
